Community Economic Development: Public Notice of Plan Amendment FY2023

The Lake County Consolidated Plan details the funding strategies for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds for
the period between FY2018 and FY2023. The Annual Action Plan details each year within the
5-year Consolidated Plan and outlines the Implementation of annual funding, which is developed
through significant public input, analysis, and planning from both stakeholders and citizens
within Lake County, Indiana.

The Department is located in the Lake County Government Complex at: 2293 N. Main Street
