When filing a Motion for Provisional Orders, Counsel may select the Provisional Hearing Date, without prior coordination with the Court, and include it in the CCS Entry Form, Summons, and any Proposed Order Setting the Provisional Hearing provided that such date is on a Thursday at 1:30 PM within 21 days of the filing date of the Motion for Provisional Orders.

Pre-Trial Conferences

The Court sets Pre-Trial Conferences without coordination upon the filing of a Pleading or Post-Decree Motion.

Initial PTCs are set 90-120 days after a new case is filed or 45-60 days after a Post-Decree Motion is filed.

Pre-Trial Conferences are held every Wednesday at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

Trials and Final Hearings

The Court sets Trials and Final Hearings, pre-decree and post-decree, at Pre-Trial Conferences or other Hearings.

Trials and Final Hearings are set upon coordination with counsel and parties in open court.

Trials and Final Hearings will only be set upon the completion and closure of all discovery.
The Court may otherwise set Trials or Final Hearings with or without prior coordination.
