JUDGE JULIE N. CANTRELL
Beginning Monday, December 19, 2022, through Tuesday, January 3, 2023, the Lake Superior Court, County Division 3 will be open for limited purposes as several staff members have tested positive for covid and the flu.
All criminal court cases will be reset by the court with the exception of the in-custody calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30 a.m. and the Veterans Treatment call on Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
Staff will be available to assist during regular business hours. This calendar reduction is due to the lack of bailiffs to secure the courtroom.

The small claims court will be in session during this time.
Judge Julie N. Cantrell and her staff handle traffic matters and criminal matters, ranging from Class A, B, & C Misdemeanors to Level 6 Felonies. Small Claims and civil cases are heard by her Magistrate, R. Jeffery Boling. Her Commissioner is Carri N. Crider.
Judge Julie N. Cantrell is the Judge of the Lake County Veteran's Treatment Court.
